Interventional Pain Management Physician
Dr. Nicholas Giordano is a board-certified physician who specializes in interventional pain management. He is trained and experienced in a number of high-level techniques, all of which are designed to improve your quality of life.
Dr. Giordano earned his bachelor’s degree in biological science from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Binghamton in 2006 and his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada in 2011. He completed his residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, in 2017. Dr. Giordano completed a fellowship in interventional pain management from The Spine & Pain Institute of New York in New York City in 2018.
He is board-certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Dr. Giordano is highly regarded within the pain management community. He has presented on a variety of pain management topics at national and international conferences. He is a member of the American Society of Pain & Neuroscience (ASPN), where he currently serves on the Young Innovator panel. He is also a member of the North American Neuromodulation Society (NANS), American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP), and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPM&R).
Dr. Giordano has been recognized as a Super Doctor: Rising Star by New York Times Magazine. He has served as a ringside physician for New York State Golden Gloves boxing. Dr. Giordano has provided sideline coverage for various Brooklyn high school football teams as part of the public school athletic league (PSAL). He has also provided sideline coverage for the SUNY Maritime Privateers football team, an NCAA division III football team.
In his spare time, Dr. Giordano enjoys staying active with sports and fitness activities.
